An introduction to Bugzilla
Bugzilla is a ticket based "bug" or "defect" tracking system that allows customers the ability
to enter issues they are experiencing with our software directly into the database our developers use for issue and update
tracking. If you are new to our support system and wish to enter a support ticket, your fist step is to create a username
(your email address) and a password to gain access to the system. It is important to use a legitimate email address as
our support staff and the Bugzilla system will use this email address to update you on the status of your issue and for
future contact. CDRP will NEVER sell or give away your email address to ANYONE.
Once you are logged into the Bugzilla system, you should be brought directly to a screen titled: CDRP Bug Tracking System - Enter Bug: <Product Name>" From here, please fill out as much of the form as you can. The more detailed you can be with the answers you provide, the easier it will be for our developers to identify your problem and fix it. Please keep in mind:
- Only enter a single issue per form. If you have multiple problems, please submit additional bugs.
- The system will automatically send you an email with a copy of your bug submission. As our developers make progress with your ticket, you will be CC'd as part of the development process.
